The Beamy Landing
The Oast House, unique to the original hop producing regions of the South East, dates from 1638 and has some exceptional exposed timbering. The roundel, once used for drying hops now provides the circular sitting room and principal bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms and the luxury small shower room, together with the well equipped kitchen and dining area with sliding French window to the south facing patio, makes the Oast excellent for the younger family or for those seeking 'a relaxing holiday' with 'wildlife on the doorstep & lots to do in Sussex'. Televisions both in the living area and the main bedroom, and free WiFi connection. Sorry no pets, or children under 5, newborn babies welcome with their own moses basket but no cot or high chair are provided.

Features:
•A wealth of original period features.
•Oil fired central heating - insulated to the highest standards.
•Sandyford cooker, microwave, washer, dishwasher, DVD player.
•Televisions both in the living area and the main bedroom.
•South facing patio and garden furniture. Ample private parking.
•Free WiFi.
