The Oast House,
unique to the original hop producing regions of the South East, dates
from 1638 and has some exceptional exposed timbering. The roundel,
once used for drying hops now provides the circular sitting room and
principal bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms and
the luxury small shower room, together with the well equipped kitchen
and dining area (to seat 6) with sliding French window to the south
facing patio, makes the Oast excellent for the younger family or for
those seeking 'a relaxing holiday' with 'wild life on the door step
& lots to do in Sussex'. (See Guest Book) |
